Rediscover You is my highest-touch, 1:1 journey, designed for those who have already started working with their Human Design and are ready to integrate, embody, and transform their life or business. 

Over eight 1-hour sessions, we’ll work together to cut through the noise, deepen self-trust, and apply your design in a way that aligns with who you truly are. The journey is grounded in strategy, guided by intuition, and entirely tailored to your priorities.

Phase 1 – Explore: Checking In with Your Design (Sessions 1–2) 

Focus: Reflect, reconnect, clarify 

• Review your foundational Human Design knowledge: type, strategy, authority, profile, centres, gates, variables
• Explore how you’ve been applying your design in life and business Identify gaps, blocks, or areas needing deeper alignment 
• EDIT lens: Explore & Develop 

Outcome: Clear understanding of your current strengths, alignment, and readiness for the next phase

Phase 2 – Develop & Implement: Choose Your Path (Sessions 3–6)

Focus: Action, transformation, alignment

The journey now splits depending on your chosen focus: Personal or Business, with sessions intuitively led but grounded in strategy. 

 Option A: Personal Path – Greater Self-Awareness 

• Align with environments that support your energy and growth 
• Uncover patterns, shadows, and recurring blocks, and implement strategies to shift them 
• Deepen self-trust and intuitive decision-making 
• Apply your design to daily life for greater ease, present alignment, family life, parenting, and relationships

Option B: Business Path – Alignment & Attraction 

• Harness your Throat energy for authentic, confident communication 
• Apply your Success Codex to attract aligned clients and opportunities 
• Build business systems and strategies that honour your energy and natural flow 
• Identify and shift blocks in visibility, productivity, and client attraction
