Not everyone sees themselves as a leader, but most of us are leading in some way. Your business, your clients, your family. At the heart of it all, you’re leading yourself first. 


Nicola and I have put this 12-week journey together because we know how easy it is to doubt your own decisions, second-guess your instincts, or feel unsure about your style. We want to help you uncover, name, and trust your unique leadership style so you can show up with confidence in your work and life.

The Invitation 


Leadership isn’t about titles, job descriptions, or corporate ladders. It’s about self-leadership first – which leads into the way you naturally guide, support, or inspire others. 


Yet so often, we don’t trust our leadership. We see someone doing it differently and think, maybe I should do it like that instead. We question if we’re too soft... or too harsh. Too empathetic... or not enough. 


And sometimes, when we’re shown a truth about ourselves – a natural genius or leadership quality – our first reaction is resistance. That can’t be me. I can’t lead like that. That feels uncomfortable. 


This programme gives you space to explore that resistance too... to ask why it feels so hard to own certain parts of yourself, and whether those doubts are really yours – or just the noise and expectations you’ve picked up along the way.


Because leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all. 

It’s an expression of who you already are.

What We’ll Explore 

Across 12 weeks together, we’ll guide you through a mix of teaching, reflection, and practice. 

The journey flows like this: 

Weeks 1–4: Explore 

We begin with structured sessions where you’ll be introduced to three powerful frameworks:

  • The Success Codex and Human Design 
  • The Leadership Soul Signature 

You’ll receive teachings from both of us, alternating between the frameworks, and then returning to them with fresh insight. This back-and-forth deepens your understanding, helping you see how the pieces connect and how they shine a light on your natural way of leading. 

Weeks 5–8: Develop 

Now that you’ve got your foundations, we’ll guide you through exercises and practices to develop what you’ve discovered. You’ll start noticing how your leadership shows up in everyday life – in your business, your family, your relationships – and you’ll begin to lean into it more intentionally. 

Weeks 9–10: Integrate 

This is where it clicks. You’ll integrate your unique leadership style, weaving together your insights into a way of being that feels natural and sustainable. 

Weeks 11–12: Trust 

The final stage is about trust. Trusting yourself. Trusting your leadership. Trusting that you don’t need to lead like anyone else to be powerful, effective, and aligned.

  • Format: Group programme with weekly live calls (alternating between us as facilitators) plus guided exercises 
  • Community Support All your questions answered and your insights celebrated inside our WhatsApp community, a calm, well-organised space designed to support you between calls.

Investment: Introductory Price 

This is the very first time we’re running this programme together. While we bring together all of our experience in Human Design, Soul Signatures, and self-leadership, this will be the first time it all comes together in a group space. 

As a thank you for trusting us and being part of this first round, you’ll receive the full programme for an introductory price of £997. In future rounds, the full investment will be £1,497. 

Payment Options 

To make it easier to join, you can also spread the investment across instalments: 

  • 3 payments of £333 
  • 6 payments of £167 (available until the end of November) 

We want to offer flexible options while keeping integrity at the core - no pressure to pay in full for bonuses.

Mini Human Design Reading 

To support your self-leadership journey, every participant will receive a recorded mini Human Design reading. This is designed to give you insights into your natural style and potentials, complementing the framework work in the programme. 


Mini Soul Signature Reading 

To support alignment, every participant will also received a recorded mini Soul Signature reading, highlighting key areas of your Foundation and Leading Activation to support deeper alignment with your Leadership energy.


Optional 1:1 Upgrades 
If you’d like to explore your leadership further on a personal level, there will be opportunities to book 1:1 sessions with either of us at a reduced rate.

FAQ's
  • When are the calls?
    The calls will be on Tuesdays, starting the 27th January - alternating between 12:30 and 19:00.
  • What if I can't make the calls live?
    All calls will be recorded and loaded into your content portal. There will also be a Whatsapp Community for you to ask questions and gain support outside of the live calls.
  • What is a 'Whatsapp Community'
    We know WhatsApp groups can sometimes feel noisy or overwhelming… but this is different.

    A WhatsApp Community is designed to make connection and communication easier, not busier. It brings together a series of smaller chats under one roof – meaning everything is neatly organised into dedicated spaces.

    You’ll find:

    An Announcements channel – where we’ll share updates, call links, and reminders so nothing gets lost.

    A Community space – where you can share reflections, wins, or questions and connect with others on the same journey.

    Topic threads – to keep conversations easy to follow (no endless scroll or hundreds of missed messages!).

    It’s a supportive, spacious way to stay connected throughout the 12 weeks without feeling like you have to keep up with everything all at once.
